Junior Estheticians — 10 Positions Available

Role Summary: Our Junior Estheticians support senior staff, deliver high‑quality basic services, and grow through hands‑on training. This is perfect for new graduates or licensed estheticians ready to elevate their skills. Our Ideal Candidate would be a Licensed Esthetician that is very Coachable, motivated, and detail‑oriented with a very strong and Passionate client care and open to learning advanced techniques.

Wage: $16–$22/hr + tips + commission

  • Perform facials, waxing, and basic esthetic services
  • Maintain sanitation standards
  • Support room turnover
  • Assist Lead Estheticians with advanced treatments
  • Maintain treatment rooms and sanitation standards
  • Educate clients on skincare routines and product usage
  • Deliver exceptional customer service
  • Assist with retail sales

Front Desk Coordinator 3 Positions Available

Role Summary: The Front Desk Coordinator is the heartbeat of the shop—managing appointments, greeting clients, and ensuring smooth daily operations. Ideal Candidate would be considered having Strong communication and multitasking skills. They would be very Professional, organized, and customer‑focused. This person has Experience with booking systems is a plus

Wage: $14–$18/hr

  • Manage all client bookings, including check-ins, check-outs, and rescheduling
  • Handle phone calls, emails, text messages, and general client inquiries
  • Process payments accurately and maintain daily transaction records
  • Support staff scheduling and coordinate smooth daily workflow

Nail Technicians — 8 Positions Available

Role Summary: Our Nail Techs provide high‑quality nail services with creativity, precision, and sanitation excellence. Ideal Candidate would be a Licensed Nail Technician, Skilled in trending techniques and designs, with a very Friendly, creative, and reliable character.

Wage: $16–$22/hr + tips + commission

  • Perform high-quality nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel polish, acrylics, builder gel, and custom nail art
  • Execute advanced techniques such as shaping, cuticle care, e-file prep, encapsulation, ombré, chrome, and trending designs
  • Maintain strict sanitation standards and ensure all tools and workstations are disinfected and spotless
  • Assess client needs and recommend appropriate services, upgrades, and aftercare routines
  • Promote retail products by educating clients on nail health and home-care essentials
  • Deliver a luxury client experience through warm communication, comfort-focused service, and attention to detail
  • Stay updated on industry trends, new techniques, and seasonal styles
  • Manage appointment timing efficiently while maintaining exceptional service quality

Child Care Attendants — 2 Positions Available

Role Summary: Child Care Attendants support our family‑friendly environment by providing safe, engaging care for children while parents enjoy their services. Ideal Candidate would have Experience in childcare or early childhood education, Patients, nurturing, and attentive, CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.

Wage: $14–$18/hr
